Key Requirements

At least 3 years commercial experience developing enterprise-class software in C++ and MFC
Experience with Visual Studio 6.0 and 2005
Experience with client/server development using DCOM
Experience with database development including T-SQL, stored procedures, MS SQL Server 2000
Knowledge of user interface design requirements and GUI design
Exposure to the full development lifecycle, including Installation Software, Testability, Test Automation. Experience with InstallShield an advantage
An ability to communicate with non-technical people and analyse user requirements
