Good Communication Skills Job Responsibilities | The following duties will be carried out; however, there are numerous other tasks which may arise from time to time; You are to assist residents, guests and visitors when and where required. A special log of registered mail and deliveries is to be maintained which residents must sign when the item is delivered/collected Manage CCTV and to monitor the security of the grounds and building entrances To answer the telephone, maintenance issues, log all messages and deal with general enquiries. Log and report any incidents of disrepair immediately to the Management, including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects during normal working hours. Ensure all contractors and service personnel in attendance at the building are properly signed in and out and issued with the relevant visitors permit or car park permit. During your shift you will generally be responsible for maintaining the reception area and car park area clean and orderly condition. Location | London W1, UK.
