Pilates for Teens Starting 2010!!

Age Groups: 13 - 15yrs
�� 16 - 18yrs

*A consent form must be signed before�the courses begin; this is to be signed�at registration by parent or guardian.�

WHAT�ARE THE BENEFITS FOR TEENAGERS DOING PILATES?
The benefits are the same as for adults:**
*Pilates is a full Mind and Body Workout that will help you Shape up and Strengthen the whole body.
As well as Toning the whole body and�Abdominals and it has shown to improve:
Concentration - great for�studying and exam pressures!
Posture: when sitting long hours at desks.
Breathing - for relaxation and reducing stress.
Flexibility and Strength�- for those involved in Sports and other activities, Pilates will help to improve Performance and Skills.

If that's still not enough it will�hopefully give your child enough education on good posture to use as they continue to�grow�& take into adulthood.

Classes take place:
Tuesday 5.15-6.15pm for 16 - 18yrs
Wednesday 4.45 - 5.45pm for 13 - 15yrs
