3. Carefully complete duplicate Tender Document making sure to submit all ten offers in the spaces provided.

4. Offers will only be accepted provided they are between €0.01 cent and up to and including a maximum of €999.99

5. Post completed top copy of document to John W. Corish in the special Envelope provided.

6. Please remember to retain your copy of the document in a safe secure place, as this is a valuable record of your tender.
