Due to the success of our first series of classes, we are now running a second set of beginners kettlebell class! If you are looking for a fast, fun and functional way to lose weight, tone up and have fun then Kettlebells are for you! The new Kettlebell classes will be starting on the 18th of May 2011 in RB Fitness's BRAND NEW site just off of Corn Market Street in Cork City Centre. Prices are 45 euro for a 6 week beginners course, one day a week for no more than one hour. Times will be 7pm every wednesday. I am also running some free introduction classes on the open day for the new site (date TBC), feel free to come down and see for yourself just how effective Kettlebells are with Corks FIRST AND ONLY FFI Certified Kettlebell Instructor!
