The Irish Judo Association is Organsing `Judo for Peace' Judo Tournament on 7th & 8th November 2009 at DCU in Dublin, under the supervision of the International Judo Federation.

All member Federations of the International judo Federation are invited to participate in the Judo for Peace Tournament.

This Tournament is based on Prof. Jigoro Kano's statement in the book MIND OVER MUSCLES:

" I believe that World Peace and the Welfare of humankind must realise through the spirit that JUDO brings about".
