This is a very profitable business for someone who is looking for a self employment opportunity with sales of €5,000 per week.  It was bought by Subway and is being sold without the Subway branding, however we left the decals on to allow you to see the impact this sales van can achieve. The Salsa was Jiffy's best selling model until the chassis production was ceased in 2007.The Salsa on offer is a driver’s side serve model, with a double ambient and features the following;On the serving side:

• Manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, giving years of service whist achieving the cleanliness and hygiene required in the catering industry.
• Gas sprung assisted serving hatch, doubles as a working canopy giving you protection from the elements whilst serving.
• Heated oven, thermostatically controlled heat is produced by a diesel heater, giving control up to around 100 degrees, racked out with stainless baskets for pies, pasties, hot sandwiches, specials etc, etc. We also fit a selection of bain maries for warming peas, beans, potato fillings etc, the choice is endless. The oven front has glass doors allowing your customer to see all your foodstuffs.
• Refrigerated area, blown air refrigeration by Eberspacher, again racked out with stainless baskets allowing you to display all your food through clear doors, retaining the temperature at around 5 degrees. Also fitted in the floor area are drinks racks for displaying cans, bottles ect.
• Ambient area is designed to display food that doesn’t need to be kept in a temperature controlled environment, i.e. crisps, chocolate etc.
• Long stainless counter, to work from with various chorines for keeping change, sauces, bags etc.
• Lighting to all the compartments and piped music from the vehicle stereo.

On the storage side;

• Refrigerated storage area, again racked out to maximise the available space.
• Ambient storage area.
• Hand wash unit, giving both warm and cold washing facilities.
