Inside Sales Representative Hotel accommodation

EnGrande is a Barcelona based multinational company and one of the leading providers of travel accommodation in a multitude of countries all throughout Europe and the Americas.

Job scope/objective:  

·         Help EnGrande grow its portfolio of online accommodations by contracting and creating new establishments for existing and/or new cities

·         Contact and convince accommodations providers to add their establishment to the EnGrande network via Email, telephone, physical mailings and eventual personal visits

·         Once contracted, provide these applicants accurate, efficient, prompt service and take ownership of the production ·         Guide the applicant through the EnGrande registration process until all the applicant´s data has been uploaded into the EnGrande database.

·         Create a friendly, helpful relationship with the accommodation provider

·         Ensure top quality of the descriptions, pictures and general information of the online bookable establishments.

·         Explain EnGrande´s requirements and philosophy and transmit enthusiasm, confidence and credibility to our partners

·         Ensure an uploading of 15-20 new establishments per month   Key areas of responsibility: 

·          Be the permanent contact person for international new establishments until they are fully online and bookable

·         Send out Emails and physical mailings and follow up by calling the potential new clients and convince them to sign up with EnGrande

·         Take care of the spontaneous applications for your respecting cities

Reporting:   The In house Sales Representative reports to the Director Hotel Contracting 
Location: Dublin, Ireland    

Skills requirements:  

·         Excellent communicator by phone and email 

·         Excellent English written and spoken

·         Another European language is a big Plus

·         Proficient with productivity tools: Outlook, EXCEL, Word, Gmail, Internet navigation

·         Ability to work alone without direct supervision (demonstrate a high level of autonomy)

·         Critical thinker

·         Result & customer oriented

·         Organised and quick

·         Ability to transmit one’s own knowledge to others (in this case to clients)  

Experience:

·         Having worked as a commercial and/or in a call centre with commercial background

·         Strong familiarity with computers, internet, email

·         Previous direct contact with clients

·         Experience with direct-marketing and volume client acquisition is a big plus  

Personal requirements:

·         Indispensable ability to work independently

·         Applicant must be detail oriented, accurate, and efficient. ·         Hard working, responsible.    

Salary:   24.000 € fix annual salary + up to 12.000€ on results annually
