Human Resource Manager

I am currently seeking a Human Resource Manager for a well Established Civil Engineering company based in the Midlands. My client are a well established Civil Engineering company with over 1000 employees. They have over 40 years in the industry and a turnover exceeding £300 million. They are heavily involved in all Civils including Roadways, Water, Tunnelling and MOD projects.They require an experienced Human Resource Manager who has experience working for a similar sized company and has a proven background in HR Management. They will be responsible for the company,s resourcing of staff and will be involved in contract agreements. They will also work closely on the companys Investment In People policy and ensure that all employees concerns are dealt with in a fair and concerning manner. They will also be responsible for company inductions and the company's equality at the work place policy,s.This is an excellent opportunity to join and be part of this successful company.
