Hua Hin is lacated approx 189 km. to the south of Bangkok. In the1920's the royal family built a palace at Hua Hin on the west shore of the Golf of Siam, and Hua Hin consequently became a popular seaside resort because af its royal patronage , it has attacted may tourist. There are excellent Thai and European restaurants here as well as great variety of shops. For those wanting to cook at home, there is an exellent fresh marked with seafood, fruit and vegetables as well as stocked supermarkets.
Chauffeured transfer betwen Bangkok international airport and to the house cost approx 2.500 Bath for 4 person and approx 2.700 Bath for 6 person incl. all the luggage.

To prospective visitors to Hua Hin, Thailand;
We rented for 3 weeks  and had a fabulous time using Jette's house as a home base. It is far enough out of town to avoid all the hustle and bussle of the city yet close enough to easily go into town. The home itself is more then adaquate at 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen and small pool all enclosed in a fenced yard with security out front. It is surrounded by Coconut Palms and Banana Trees. Everything worked well. Lots of hot water for showering and a variety of cookware and servings. The Refrigerator is medium sized which was more then adaquate and quite cold. The air conditioning worked well and was necessary at night as the house was closed up to prevent 'critters' from entering. The DSL Internet worked flawlessley. Nui, the Thai contact here was always available to answer questions and give suggestions and help out in any way she could. Everyone we encountered here was most gracious and helpful. We would unconditionally recommend a stay here, without any reservations.
