Gorgeous beach villa in Andalusia, Spain

The house has two big bedrooms with a double bed in one and four individual beds in the other one. One spacious bathroom. The living room has as well two double sofa beds, TV, Stereo… Kitchen with microwave, fridge, cooker… The house has an interior terrace with barbeque and external garden with parking.

The house is a residential area where you can use different facilities such as tennis courts, football fields, two swimming pools, bars, cycling lanes etc. There is a direct bus from Seville that takes you to the village of Matalascañas or you can rent a car in the airport. I will provide further info if needed,

The house is 15 minutes walking from the beach and as well there are two big supermarkets 20 minutes walking. A lot of restaurants and shops are in the promenade 20 minutes walking from the house and pubs to go out if you are looking for.
