Our beautiful holiday apt. has two bedrooms one bathroom. The main bedroom holds a double bed and a sofa bed, and sleeps four very comfortably and has fitted wardrobes as does the the other bedroom, which holds two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a four piece suite. The kitchen is fully fitted with white goods 4 ring cooker, fridge freezer washing machine, toaster, microwave electric hotplate etc. The living room has the air conditioning unit as well as a three piece suite, table and chairs, display cabinet, t.v. with english channels and dvd player etc. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. We have oil filled radiators also. We are situated on the top floor of a two story complex. We have our own large solarium above us approx 20 square metres. We also have underground secure parking. There is a communal pool. We are situated near the tourist areas of Rojales and Benijofer. There are many pubs and restaurants in the immediate vacinity, Supervalu is approx 20 metres away. Murcia and Alicante airports are within approx. 30 min drive.Guardamar is a 10 min drive with its excellent fine sandy beach and amenities.
