Experienced Guitar Teacher, all styles and ages welcome

Hi,

My name is James Lock and I am guitar teacher and muscian. I have been teaching guitar and songwriting courses for 6 years, I also taught guitar for the West Sussex County Council in England for 2 years teaching indiviual and group lessons in schools. I then moved to Lucan, Co Dublin to persue work oppurtunities.
    I attended the Academy of Comtemporary Music in Guilford England and gained a diploma and higher diploma in contemporary music studying guitar as well as music buisness.

I have played for many different bands and artists across many countries. I have worked with Ivor Novello winning producer and songwriter Steve DuBerry, where my band at the time recorded an album at London's townhouse studios, along such bands such as Coldplay and the Zutons. I also have performed in Los Angeles, where I played guitar for Lil Kim and the Ballas Hough Band.
        I now work and live in Ireland playing for chart topping band Keywest continuing to do what I love which is to play good music well.


I have a wide range of styles and genres I can accomadate to, ranging from, classical to funk, to metal to pop. Whether you are looking to learn just a few chords or learn how to compose or begin a life long professional hobby, I'm sure I will be able to help.
