They should have knowledge on the use of basic MS Functions such as Outlook, Word and Excel. They must be flexible with the schedule and easy to adapt to changes. It is also important that they have a good understanding of health and safety principles in the work place. Not only must the candidates be capable of doing the physical aspect of the job, but they also need to know how to use various equipment needed for cleaning. Job Responsibilities | Maintain the cleanliness and orderly condition of the empty residential and commercial properties of the company spread across Central London. • Perform various cleaning duties, such as polishing floors, cleaning bathroom, vacuuming carpets, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish and other cleaning-related tasks. • To provide an efficient and effective service for domestic and office cleaning ensuring a high standard of cleaning is delivered and maintained. • Be able to meet clients’ expectations by complying fully with the cleaning specifications laid out by various clients that the company has contracted with. • To promote a high standard of hygiene within an office working environment through cleaning of walls, floors, toilets, kitchens, bins and work surfaces. • Report any maintenance problems found in any of the properties to the Maintenance team. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Location | London W1, UK. Working Hours | Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 11am - 4pm
