Using your mechanic trade experience and background, this varied role consists of both Customer contact, advice / queries and hands on servicing and repairs on light vehicles. You will be a key member of the team assisting the store manager with the day to day running of the workshop and your role will be to maximise service sales and profitability by controlling productivity through effective team management, delegation, follow up and excellent scheduling of service work. You will also be required to be hands on and be willing to jump on the tools in the service centre when required. A solid understanding of OH&S and the ability to Identifying training opportunities for the team in all operational areas is essential.
